Last year I came across with the old Ford Maverick under the skirt of Bangkok. The original looked at him was pretty pity. I made it new with yellow. Although the engine has got some problem with float's leaking in the caburetor.

Right now, I am looking for the new caburetor to replace or if it's possible I really want the float to replace the damaged one.  Anyway, my car built in 1970.  The caburetor is Carter 6552s with the 4.2239 cc engine.

Ok Phansa: Thai Buddhist Festival

The legend of Ok Phansa has it that the Lord Buddha retreated to heaven to deliver a sermon to his mother who had died seven days after his birth. After staying there for three months, the Lord Buddha completed his mission and returned to earth. People welcomed his return with great joy and excitement. Even the gods and goddesses joined in the ceremonies welcoming the Lord Buddha.(Source: http://www.thailand.com/travel/festival/festivals_okphansa.htm)

Employee's Adapting to New Workplace's Environment

Invited by university student's representative to give lecture for a group of students who have recently been studying in the Faculty of Management at the Kamphaenphet Ratjabat University.

It's on Sunday, the day that I should relax at home gardening my plants and flowers. However, I was please to contribute my time to those students who, in th near future, they were going to walk into some of different industries where they might face with difficulties in their job and boss.

I didn't mind to prepare a presentation for them. Almost 35 sides of knowlege contents and figures had been made.  When I arrived at the Managment Science Building where I was expected to give lecture.  Some of the students rushed to take my computer bag as they were glad to see me on time.

Questions & Answers
In the meeting room, there were not much students inside.  Well, it could be easier to give lecture with small group of audience.  I met a lecturer who was in charge with these students as their consellor introducing me and I have found that she was beautiful as much as their students.

I started with the introduction, the technique using with this lecture was starting with raising questions for instance, How do you feel if you are going to work with a company where you don't know much about the company?  Sure, you'll feel unsecure.  The next two hours I was going to talk about how to face with this situation effectively.  And how to adapt yourself to your new work place as an employee. Most importance was you need to adjust your attitude with these three principles:

1. Feeling of achivement
2. Pround of your work
3. Creative Thinking
4. Trust

After a long lecturing, it's 10 mintues break knowing by a little note from a students who organized time of this class.  Thank you God, I felt like to get a cup of coffee.

Photo Affair
We closed this class at about 3.30pm with Q&A. And then, it's the closing ceremony when students came up front to take picture with me including those who've taken part with this event.  Here are some pictures I have got from student's camera.  Enjoy seeing them.
